Whisky Sour

2 Shots Whisky

1 Shot Fresh Lemon Juice

1/2 Shot Sugar syrup

3 Dash Bitters

1/2 Shot Egg white

​

Shake all ingredients well on ice. Serve up in short tumbler filled with ice. 

Garnish with Orange slice- optional.

For variation use dash of Amaretto- also delicious 

​

To make the sugar syrup heat up 2 parts sugar to one part water in small pot, mix until sugar dissolves and then let cool down. Can be stored in fridge for months!
